If something goes out of stock they will immediately let us know and they will be marked as sold out. They will be replaced shortly after or as soon as possible, so we will be able to give the best service to our customers.

For physical products in our catalog, each manufacturer uses different carriers and locations, resulting in slightly different prices and order details. Hence, we are unable to calculate the shipping price and timing beforehand.

Don't worry, the true cost of shipping is calculated automatically on checkout depending on your location, product size/color availability and its specific weight.

You will also be able to know if there is a specific product shipped from another location that may have customs duties and taxes attached to it, so that you are able to change it before the payment if you want.

Each product will be shipped to your location from the partner’s facilities closest to your country, or the closest country with that product available. If possible, the orders will arrive packaged all together. But whether something is shipped from another place, it will be dispatched separately.

We have facilities placed all around the world: in the United States, European Union, Australia and Canada.

After placing an order you will be given a link to change or cancel it within a certain period of time. After that time passes, the product goes automatically to production and it will take a max of 10 days to start the shipment process.

A fast delivery option has been implemented in the ordering process, so you can use it to have your goods shipped even faster!

You may have to be a little patient if your order is coming from afar, but not too much!

High resolution files are sent to you via email once you complete the payment. You can also find your download link directly on the order page after checkout, where you will have the additional choice to print the receipt of the order.

For the free downloads, you will need to add in your email address and some minor details even if you will not pay anything. They will be downloadable right after checkout and sent to you via email like all digital products.
